In 1996, I won the NABBA Mr Universe bodybuilding title and it would be fair to say that as an athlete, I was right at the top of my game. Fast forward more than two decades and although I am still training most days, things are obviously a lot different.

Welcome to my personal website, where I intend to post many articles about my current bodybuilding exploits, as a former strength athlete in my 60s. I’ll probably dip into the past now and again, but on the whole, this website is all about training, diet and exercise for seniors.
